We maintain a number of web hosting servers located in differing locations, including our own DNS servers all within the United Kingdom, that allows us to control every aspect of the technical nature of domain names hosted with us, making sure that the services provided under our clients domain names are functioning fully at all times. We are at present deploying a number of new servers to complement our current server solutions. These new server are based upon Dual CPUs, 2GB of RAM and will provide mirrored hard drive facilities providing built-in redundancy and protection for our clients sites and services. They will operate under Linux and Windows 2000 O/S's, each offering additional hosting capabilities of MacroMedia's ColdFusion MX hosting for clients that require this hosting enviroment. These new server deployments will be completed very shortly, with there new hosting provisions reflected within our 4SureHosting site once available. We are members of Nominet UK, who manages the central database of domain names ending in .uk. The company was established in 1996 and is recognised by the UK internet community as the official manager of the .uk Top Level Domain (TLD). Just as Companies House holds authoritative records for company names, or the DVLA for driving licences, Nominet maintains the database of .uk registered internet names and only Nominet UK members with tag-holder status can register domain names in the .uk TLD on behalf of clients through the services provided us by Nominet UK. Our Nominet UK Tag for domain name registration services is "Techno-Web" and all domain names registered or transfered to us will contain our tag information. Domain names in the .uk TLD can only be registered and renewed for 2 year periods at a time. We are Internet Names WorldWide (INWW) Channel Partners for the purpose of registering and administering Global domain name extentions that includes: .com, .org, .net, .info & .biz TLDs. INWW aka Melbourne IT, currently provides the systems and support networks for more than 1.5 million domain name license holders. We use real-time automation as well as fully secure and intelligent self-service systems to register and maintain domain names in many TLDs on behalf of our clients. Domain name registered or renewed through us using INWW can in many cases be specified for period of 1 - 10 years in duration, fully securing your chosen domain name well into the future. Our INWW Partner ID is "TECHNOWEB". The security of information provided or collected from within a website is something that is on the minds of many of the Internet users of today, and it is with this in mind that we have formed a number of additional partnerships and associations to assist and enhance our services in this area of our web & Actinic hosting provisions. We have secured WorldPay Affiliate Partner status to enable us to provide our clients with online payment authorisation services directly. This enables us to not only provide you with your Ecommerce Solution (Actinic), but to apply for online payment processing on your behalf and then integrate this payment processing method into your Ecommerce site, if required. We are Thawte Official Hosting Partners and Comodo Official Partners. This means that we are authorised to request and integrate SSL Certificates for use within your hosting account on our servers, first of all reassuring our clients that our hosting accounts are capable of utilising this very basic security requirement and secondly, that we are knowledgable and experienced with its integration and implementation within our servers.
